Two exhibitions, one of final year projects in the B.Eng. (Hons.) and the other for the final year projects in the B.Sc (Hons.) IT, are to be inaugurated by Minister Austin Gatt on Wednesday. They will be open to the public on Thursday and Friday between 5 and 8 p.m. at the Engineering Building and the Computer Building, and on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Engineering Building only.

These exhibitions serve as a showcase for final year students. The impressive display of projects by the students represent months of hard work, perseverance and ingenuity. This year there are 89 exhibits in engineering and 33 exhibits in IT.

External examiners have remarked time after time on the high level of final-year projects.

The exhibition is of particular interest to young persons considering taking a career in engineering and/or in IT as well as technical personnel from industry. Visitors will be able to see the commitment and academic preparation of the students and learn more on the University's involvement and collaboration with industry.
