Ingredients:

Baked Flan

300g Dates

70g chopped walnuts

Rind of manderin

Chocolate buttons

Anisette

Pecan nuts

1. The pastry must be baked blind.

2. Chop the dates and add them to a pan. Add some water and heat till texture is soft.

3. Add the chopped walnuts, mandarin rind and chocolate buttons. Mix for another 5 minutes and pour mixture into the cooked pastry case.

4. Decorate the sides with the pecan nuts.

5. Chill and serve cold or hot.
