Throughout the next year, the country has to continue sustaining social inclusion so that no one will fall behind, Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi said in his Christmas message.

The Prime Minister said that the country had to continue working to avoid the pitfalls other countries had had to face because of the economic and financial situation while preparing for when Malta takes over the EU presidency in 2017 and becoming a European cultural city a year later.
