What is your most favourite part of Christmas?

Until some years ago I used to spend Christmas abroad.  I love the typical white Christmas, being surrounded by snow, hot drinks and a nice fire. I get excited by the sights, sounds, and smells of the season; the cold, time spent with family and friends and did I mention mulled wine? 

Which is your best Christmas memory of all time?

When I visited Santa Claus in Lapland….and no…it wasn’t so long ago..

What is the best gift you ever got for Christmas?

My girlfriend.  She was delivered in a red silky box on top of which was a gold bow.  Thanks Santa.

If you had a magic wand, what would you want for Christmas this year?

Another silky box? Actually no. One’s enough. Maybe the new Xbox one, or should I say peace around the world?

Do you believe in Santa Claus?

Of course! I told you! I met him in Lapland.

Which is your favourite Christmas song?

James Taylor’s – ‘Baby it’s cold outside’.  JT is my favourite singer and this duet with Natalie Cole is a very hearth warming song.

How will you be spending Christmas this year?

Not sure yet but most probably I’ll be inviting my closest of friends over for a special Christmas menu created by my good self and, on Christmas day it’s family and relatives hopping (kind of bar hopping day.)

What will be your New Year resolutions this year?

Never believed in them.

What is your favourite holiday season food?

Slow cooked food …mostly pork.

Christmas is a time of giving, will you be doing something charitable this Christmas?

Yes I always try to help as much as I can.
