My mother, Rose Scerri, and I would like to show our appreciation and gratitude to all the staff at Serenity Ward 3, at St Vincent de Paul. They deserve more than a pat on the back for they effortlessly go out of their way to make the ladies on the ward feel at home.

Last week I went to visit my mother and I was greeted by music being played by a hired organist, staff all dressed up in carnival costumes, some dancing, the ladies being encouraged to join in the fun and the residents being offered refreshments with a loving and caring smile.
