Following his numerous performances at world leading festivals- Glastonbury, Global Gathering, Creamfields, Ultra Festival in Miami and Dance Valley - Carl Cox will be returning to Malta on August 10.
The last time he performed here was three years ago at the Tribu Music Festival. Tribal Events will be organising an event exclusively featuring Carl Cox, one of the world's greatest DJs.
Tribal Events' promoter Silvio Bartolo said: " With over 10 years experience in the entertainment business, organising over 60 events among them the various Tribù festivals, with many delivering an attendance of over 10,000 people, we are now focusing on organising events introducing A list superstar deejays and live acts".
Carl Cox has prepared a three-hour set including house, tech house, minimal techno and electro, exclusively for this event, which will be held at Numero Uno, Ta' Qali.
This open-air venue has, for this occassion, been licensed to entertain till the early hours of the morning.
This event will also feature local artistes namely Junior B, Steevy V, Steve Caesar and Soul Kontakt live (their first time ever live act).
Soul Kontakt, a duo based in Malta, kicked off their music production project about four years ago with the intention to produce Psytrance.
They have worked hard on this project and so far they have a release on Yellow Sunshine Explosion Records, Track 09, Hypnotised. They are currently working on an album for this live act to be performed at this event.
