The direct non-stop bus route number 475, operating between Cirkewwa and Valletta via the University and St Luke's Hospital and linking the 6 a.m. and 6.45 a.m. boat from Mgarr, Gozo, and whose tariff is 50c, double the fare for the normal Cirkewwa-Valletta route, has been running for many years and is very popular with the Gozitans who are ready to pay double for a fast trip.

Now that the Mater Dei Hospital has opened, one would have expected that bus 475 would be routed to link the new hospital because, as the final two numbers indicate, it is a hospital-oriented bus route, but it does not.

Would the ADT please look into the matter to make this happen?
