This case featured Swivel Sweepers bought by Lilian Zarb Cousin from Saviour Pantalleresco of Tomorrow's Home. Ms Zarb wrote me three letters. Here is her third letter:

I am writing to inform you that the case has now been settled. Mr Pantalleresco gave me a refund for the unused sweeper and realised that the fault was related to the battery. Therefore I was given a new battery, and the sweeper is now working well.

I thank you for the trouble you have taken to solve my case. I might add that Mr Pantalleresco has been extra nice to me on the phone and promised to be of help in the future.
