The 14th Amasc World Congress will be held from April 6 until April 9. Amasc is a worldwide association of old girls of the Sacred Heart which, for the last 50 years, has met for a world congress every four years in different countries.

The theme of this year's congress, which will be held in Malta, is 'Fight Poverty'.

All old girls of the Sacred Heart Convent and Mater Admirabilis College are encouraged to participate and meet worldwide alumni, while listening to talks on the theme of World Poverty.

There will be a meeting at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Sacred Heart Convent, St Julian's, where the programme will be explained and where everyone will have a chance to register for their preferred events.

Those who are unable to attend the meeting may register for the congress at Sullivan Travel, Tigné Road, Sliema.
