On March 2, this newspaper carried on the back page a lovely photo with the heading ‘Save the bee’, along with a caption about the protection of bee health and honey production.

This is a very serious problem because bees are responsible not only for producing honey but also for the pollination of plants.

However, with the regard to the photograph, I could not see a bee. But there was an empty wasp nest and, as we all know, wasps do not produce honey.

So, what is the connection between the wasp nest and bees? I wondered if this was an early April Fool’s joke.
