I do not understand why somebody like Michael Tabone, who wrote an article with the above heading (The Sunday Times of Malta, Food and Drink, February 2) expects a five-star meal with top-of-the-range wines when travelling on a three-hour flight from Paris. Surely, while in Paris, one would have had plenty of such meals and wines? All one would wish for then is a safe and a comfortable flight.
