Mark Watson has returned full time to his role as CEO of Mediterranean Bank following a temporary leave of absence to address a medical issue.

Dominic Wallace, chief risk officer of the bank, was acting CEO during the Mr Watson’s absence and he will now retire, keeping his position as a non-executive director.

The bank also announced the appointment of Alex Konewko as the new chief risk officer.
