The Valletta Grand Prix Foundation took part in the Retromobile held in Paris between February 1 and 5.

Deputy chairman Joe Said, secretary Charles Zahra and members Toby Ross and Sophie Ross represented the foundation to promote the Mdina Grand Prix 2012, which will be held between October 11 and 14.

The foundation shared a stand with Richard Scott, a keen US collector of European cars, who was exhibiting the body of a 1930s car discovered in Europe, the origin of which he is seeking to obtain more information about.

A number of Bugatti owners have pledged to participate in the Mdina Grand Prix.

Malta’s Ambassador to France, Mark Miggiani, visited the stand accompanied by Claude Zammit Trevisan, and expressed his appreciation for the foundation’s dedication in promoting the event in France.
