Organisers of The Grid, the first obstacle race to be held on the Maltese islands later this month, got a timely boost recently as it was revealed that the challenge will be sponsored by Thomas Smith Group.

The race in Pembroke is already guaranteed of a healthy participation with over 300 registrations confirmed with athletes also coming from different countries including UK, Germany, Italy, United States, Brazil and Venezuela.

In a statement, Thomas Smith Group said that in line with its programme to promote healthy living habits, they were supporting The Grid on May 28.
