Between July 9 and September 4, Disneyland Paris will be hosting multitudes of magical moments to enjoy with fireworks every night, the long-awaited return of The TarzanTM Encounter, and many more surprises!
Inspired by Disney Studios’ 37th animated film, the acclaimed show The TarzanTM Encounter will be returning to the Chaparral Theatre (Disneyland Park), sweeping away the audience straight to the heart of an interactive jungle where primitive and civilised worlds collide. The 25-minute show is full of tree-top acrobatics and audience participation.
Music from The TarzanTM Encounter is unique to the history of Disneyland Paris. Inspired by the film’s original soundtrack signed Phil Collins and Mark Mancina, the songs were orchestrated to accompany the voice of Phil Collins who recorded each song in French, Spanish and German.
Disneyland Paris celebrates the Disney Magical Moments Festival. A festival like no other featuring new and interactive creations, encounters rich in emotions alongside the heroes of Walt Disney Pictures and Disney Pixar films, new decor for some incredible souvenir photos and new animation for even more unforgettable experiences.
Another fantastic but new encounter starring Mickey as the illustrious magician from Fantasia on the stage in front of the Sleeping Beauty castle, surrounded by Disney magicians, the Genie from Aladdin, and Cinderella’s fairy godmother, will also form part of this summer’s Disney programme.
And where else than in Disneyland can you meet your favourite Disney princess? More princesses than ever before, including Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Tiana... They’re all waiting for their turn to meet you in Fantasyland during a royal invitation to live and capture the most enchanting of Disney moments.
This year, Disneyland invites you into its fabulous Disney’s Once Upon a Dream Parade. It’s revolutionary Disney films’ greatest stars and their friends encourage guests to take part as the parade moves along through numerous accessories, dance moves and other fantastic tricks. The Lost Boys and Girls will also be there to greet you at Adventureland. It’s now or never to join Peter Pan, Wendy, John and their band of pirates as they give Captain Hook a real fright!
The Hakuna Matata terrace has become the new hotspot for getting down in the jungle to the sound of tam-tams. Come get carried away by the heroes of great Disney classics such as The Jungle Book and The Lion King.
Untamed winds are blowing over Adventureland and may bring along performances from characters such as Baloo or the wise old Rafiki for a frenzied dance or two.
Several times a day, the Disney Dance Express” train invites guests to get down to the rhythm of Broadway. Goofy, Minnie, Donald, Chip ‘n’ Dale, and even Buzz Lightyear.
They’re all ready to bring the Disneyland Park atmosphere alive with the Magic Movers!
The most exciting automobile stunt show welcomes a feisty new star! While the Disney Pixar film Cars 2 is still in the making, Lightning McQueen has decided to make a pit stop at the Walt Disney Studios Park! Lots of fast-paced memories await you during this exceptional appearance.
Sully, top scarer at Monsters, Inc. and his faithful assistant, Mike, encourage guests to participate in a terrifying screaming contest. Meet them at Toon Studios (Walt Disney Studios Park) to break the decibel meter and experience a spine-tingling moment with the Monsters, Inc. Scream Academy.
Other attractions include The Wonderful World of Alice and The Mad Hatter, Aladdin’s Magic Lamp, Share the love with Wall-E and Eve, Smile and say “Cheese” with Remy and Emile, sparkling lights for magical summer nights, Disney’s Fantillusion, and last but not least The Enchanted Fireworks.
On July 14, Disneyland Park will celebrate the French national holiday with an exceptional fireworks display while Toy Story Playland celebrates its very first anniversary this summer.
