Ginevra Realty S.A. in Buenos Aires, Argentina, who will operate as Ginevra Sotheby’s International Realty and Snellman Sotheby’s International Realty in Helsinki, Finland, are the newest members of Sotheby’s International Realty’s global network of affiliates.

Philip White, president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, said Buenos Aires was one of the most visited cities in South America, having a sophisticated and cosmopolitan lifestyle that attracted homebuyers from all over the world.
Mr White said Finland was a country widely admired as a European hub of innovation and entrepreneurship where the luxury market continued to grow. Entry into Helsinki offered great opportunity and complemented the brand’s strong existing presence throughout Sweden and the Baltic States.
The Finnish real estate firm will be headed by Kenneth Katter, who brings over 20 years of relevant high-profile international sales experience to his role of chief executive officer.
