Six human resources projects have been launched at Middlesea Insurance which range from performance appraisals and training to international mobility within the Mapfre Group.

The projects were launched by María Elena Sanz Isla, Mapfre Group’s chief people officer, during a recent visit.

Middlesea Insurance, part of the Mapfre Group, will benefit from a global training model which includes Mapfre’s Corporate University. She also gave more details about the Mapfre Global Performance Appraisal Model, Global Compensation Model and Mapfre’s Global Talent Network to Middlesea’s management team. The other two policies which were introduced during this visit are the Mapfre Diversity Policy as well as International Mobility for employees of the Group.
