Premier League new-boys Swansea are on the verge of completing a double swoop for Newcastle winger Wayne Routledge and Middlesbrough striker Leroy Lita.
Routledge agreed personal terms with Swansea yesterday and the 26-year-old will now undergo a medical today before signing a three-year contract to seal his move for an undisclosed fee.
He will be joined at the Liberty Stadium by former Reading star Lita, who will also undergo a medical today after a deal worth £1.75 million was reached with Middlesbrough last week.
Assuming there are no complications, both players could make their first Swansea appearances in tomorrow’s friendly against Celtic.
