Starwood Hotels and Resorts now permits guests to view ‘unbiased’ hotel ratings and reviews on its own websites.

Starwood said guest reviews – both positive and negative – are displayed on the hotel page they are viewing. Reviews are verified by a hotel reservation confirmation.

Guests can post ratings and reviews based on a variety of criteria, including overall rating, room comfort, whether staff met their needs and room cleanliness. Guests can filter review content to see the information relevant to them. Reviews can also be shared through social media, including Facebook.

Starwood Hotels and Resorts are represented in Malta by the Westin Dragonara Resort and Le Meridien, both in St Julian’s.
