The third edition of the President’s Forum, to be held in April, will continue to discuss Constitutional reform.

The speakers will include Michael Frendo, who will speak about parliamentary reform, Chief Justice Emeritus Joseph Said Pullicino will focus on the right of the citizen to expect a good administration from public bodies and the citizens’ right of redress and Giovanni Bonello, a former judge of the European Court of Human Rights, will tackle the subject of the supremacy of the Constitution.

Members of the public wishing to participate should reserve a seat through the President’s office.
