It was stated in Parliament, that the EU Commission approved in all its aspects, the new power station project.

May I ask whether the Commission was given the same documents, contracts, and other papers, as presented to our Parliament by the Prime Minister, or whether the Commission was given the papers before they were converted to a picture of a zebra crossing?

I would think that the Commission gave its approval after viewing the proper documents. So, the next logical question is, how can the public give its approval to something which is unknown?
