Remax Malta has launched a new website devoted exclusively to lettings in Malta and Gozo.
Remax Lettings employs over 35 letting associates, including a manager and an assistant manager. The move to create a dedicated website reflects both the department’s rapid growth, which will see additional lettings branches opening in the north and south, as well as the increased demand from the market.

The website will cater for the specific needs of lettings customers and has been designed to address requirements raised through extensive research with the local lettings customer base.
Remax Regional Letting manager Edward Agius said: “The website forms part of our commitment to the industry and customers. Its aim is to provide a seamless user experience with great features that are novel to the market.”
The key findings from this research was that customers wanted a user-friendly online guide that would show the likelihood of a property becoming available, and so an algorithm was created within the website to manage this, resulting in a very positive response.
The constantly updated website also features a ‘Landlord Login’ tool, so that owners may submit and amend their prospective rental property via the website, including notable features and other information. A Remax representative will then reconfirm the property and setup an inspection visit to kickstart the lettings process more swiftly.
A knowledge base completes the website, with articles detailing all aspects of living in Malta, such as the cost of living, local government departments and local culture, so that interested parties will have easy access to such information and can make an informed choice regarding their rental property.
