The company has successfully evolved from selling wines and spirits from a horse and cart, into an international, multi-million turnover operation.

Monin is the result of the shared passion of three generations – the company’s founder Georges Monin, his son Paul and now his grandson Olivier. Together, they have built a company renowned for its quality products including premium syrups, liqueurs,gourmet sauces, fruit smoothies andcocktail mixes.

The company has four creative studios worldwide and a team of local drinks experts, who develop menus and new recipes for both the cocktail and the coffee market.

Present in 140 countries, export sales represent 75 per cent of all sales. The heart of the company remains in its home town of Bourges, central France.
