Malta’s HSBC Premier has earned a 97 per cent customer satisfaction score, the sixth highest service standard in all of the HSBC Group, according to the latest survey, HSBC Bank Malta said.

The bank said more local and international customers were enjoying the benefits of a global personalised banking service. Premier customers’ satisfaction had reached 97 per cent following significant investments like the recent branch refurbishments and the establishment of the Premier Direct phone service.

HSBC Premier offers dedicated relationship management to high net worth personal customers and is backed by tailored banking services, specialist advice on wealth management, and assistance with relocation anywhere in the world.

HSBC Premier is designed to provide services to all family members and includes local and international recognition, preferential savings rates and features to help teach younger children the value of money.

“As customers increasingly seek added value from their banking relationships, we have strengthened our approach and service. Demand for HSBC Premier has been exceptional. Our relationship managers have undergone significant training and are now better positioned to deliver high standard service,” head of HSBC Premier in Malta Gregory Inglott explained.

Premier customers are provided with a consistent global service in any HSBC branch or office in 89 countries around the world.

They have access to free withdrawal service at HSBC ATMs worldwide with free global travel insurance for the whole family.

Forty countries have fully fledged HSBC Premier centres; Malta recently joined this list with two dedicated Premier centres in Swieqi and Valletta.

Customers and non-customers with deposits or investments held with HSBC of approximately €70,000 are eligible for HSBC Premier services. Information is available at www.hsbc.com.mt/premier.
