Ten years ago, in 2002, I received my first copy of Malta at War. It is an interesting publication providing the reader with several details and pictures of WW II. It is published by Wise Owl Publications. At first we used to receive our monthly issue with acceptable regularity, but then it seems as if all interest was lost and we had to wait for months to get our copy. I have so far collected about 65 issues which are beautifully bound in five volumes.

About a year ago we were informed that a final Volume 6 was being prepared. In fact I received the first two issues about a year ago.

Since then we heard nothing else. I sent an e-mail to Wise Owl Publications to see what had happened. But, believe it or not, my e-mail was not even acknowledged. I have been told that since John Mizzi, ex editor, parted company with Anthony Vella, the present editor, the publishers were having a lot of problems.
