I have started to believe that Franco Debono has an exaggerated sense of importance concerning himself and his political career. His self comes first whereas the welfare of his constituents, members of the party he is affiliated to and the nation comes second.

He comes across as being insensitive and distrustful of the motives of those who do not see eye to eye with him; hence his bullying tactics and unending threats! Generally speaking, bullying has long-standing roots.

For all I know, Dr Debono perceives himself to be so special and unique that he expects others to recognise him as such – an unrecognised political genius who has come into his own domain and his own have rejected him.

It may very well be the case that his narcissitic traits, as I see them, need to be addressed or should have been addressed long ago. Dr Debono must first acknowledg he has a problem that requires urgent intervention.

It is never too late!
