The Malta Association of Credit Management and The Malta Law Academy – a Chamber of Advocates Foundation – have joined forces to organise a seminar on developments in credit and business law.

Malta has recently transposed a number of EU directives and will be transposing other directives during 2014. These directives are specifically related to granting and managing credit and payment procedures and processes which will have an effect on the modus operandi of businesses, their cash flow and profit.

Expert speakers in the respective fields have been invited to address topical issues in this regard namely: the Late Payment Directive in Commercial Transactions; the Consumer Credit Directive, SEPA – the Single Euro Payments Area; and e-Invoicing.

This seminar will take place at the Intercontinental Hotel, St Julian’s on Tuesday October 29 from 1.30pm to 5.30pm.

Further information is available on telephone 2142 3638.

This seminar is being supported by HSBC Bank Malta plc.
