When: September 22 and 23
Where: London, England

If you’re in London later this month, don’t miss the chance to peek inside some 750 of the English capital’s most famous buildings and best-kept architectural secrets during the London Open House Weekend.

Explore the Foreign Office, the Bank of England and other landmark buildings that are normally obscured from public view.

Everything from self-built homes to 18th-century Spitalfield silk-weavers houses, Art Deco cinemas and pumping stations are on display.

Bromley’s Sundridge Park Manor, Hackney’s Round Chapel and City Hall also open their doors, as does the London 2012 Olympic Park and The Fan Museum.

Tickets for certain venues were only available through an online ballot, which has now closed. But there are still plenty of gems for you to explore.

Fly to London with Air Malta, Easyjet, Ryanair or British Midland International.
