A few days ago we went together with some friends to visit is-Simblija, limits of Dingli and when we found it, we were stopped from entering by a gentleman who wasn’t too polite to us.

We asked if we could just take some photos of the site but he kept repeating it was private property.

If I’m not mistaken that heritage site has been restored with taxpayers’ money with contributions from the EU and I find it rather strange that we were not allowed to view it.

Could someone please advise if is-Simblija is private or public property?
