So we are in recession. It makes just hot air of all the government’s bragging of economic well-being, job creation, industrial progress, foreign direct investments, weathering the global economic storm and what have you.

I know of no engine that runs on hot air. Movement needs substance.

It seems to me we have an incapable person par excellence running the economy.

It seems to me Franco Debono has his sights wrong. We all know that Austin Gatt is the minister of failures, so just what is Minister Tonio Fenech? Maybe he thought that running the country’s economy was as simple as running a local council.

Well, now he knows. And we know, too. Much to our, not his, cost.
