Iddi, an interactive visual installation created by Late Interactive for the Malta International Arts Festival, will allow participants to control an array of LED tubes.

By walking, running or dancing beneath the installation, participants’ positions are tracked and reflected above in various colours and shapes. The concept of Iddi is to provide participants with an aura or glow that follows them wherever they move.

Late Interactive is a collaboration between Maltese artists Andrew Schembri and Toni Gialanzè. They have created interactive installations and light shows for Science in the City, Earth Garden Festival and Brikkuni, among others.

Iddi is on from today until July 16 at 7pm at City Gate, Valletta. For more information, visit www.maltaartsfestival.org.
