A World Café activity is being held on Thursday at Radisson Blu, St Julian’s from 8.30 a.m. till 1.15 p.m. followed by lunch, as a follow-up to a series of Includ-Ed dissemination seminars.

The Include-Ed project is researching educational strategies that contribute to social exclusion and inclusion in a European knowledge-based society, and the key elements and lines of action to improve education systems, cultural integration and social policies.

During Thursday’s event, participants will be asked to contribute opinions and suggestions on how results from the project can be used and applied across different sectors to the benefit of children and for more social cohesion.

The World Café methodology involves participants gathering round tables to discuss issues, and moving from one table to another.

This seminar is aimed at anyone interested in education and social policy who would like to promote a better future for society.

The project is coordinated by CREA from the University of Barcelona. Suzanne Gatt from the University of Malta is a partner in the project.

To attend, e-mail Laura Sue Armeni on laura-sue.armeni@um.edu.mt by Tuesday.

Limited places are available. The seminar is free, including lunch.
