New solutions about the latest developments in virtualisation, converged systems, cloud systems, IT infrastructure, including servers and storage and networking, will be discussed during an HP conference on Wednesday at the Westin Dragonara Resort, St Julian’s.
HP, with the support of Intel Xeon processors, will be highlighting the value of virtualisation with the power of converged systems.
Entitled ‘HP solutions’, the conference is open to customers, business partners, representatives and decision-makers from SMEs interested in finding out more about HP’s technology products and solutions.
Herbert Rastbichler, vice-president and managing director for HP Central Eastern Europe, will deliver the keynote address on HP today, exploring the company’s strategy and future outlook.
“Today’s challenges make it crucial for enterprises to understand how best to manage and accelerate their IT infrastructure.
“The HP Solutions event offers a perfect platform for entrepreneurs in Malta to interact with our team of IT experts,” said Mr Rastbichler.
Other senior HP representatives include Franz Scherz, manag-ing director; Beatrix Mueller-Meszarich, manager Enterprise Server, Storage and Networking; Jelena Bratic, support solution architect; Dejan Stanic, Server, Storage and Networking pre-sales consultant, and Igor Kermetciev, network sales specialist.
Microsoft Malta country manager Adrianna Zammit will address Microsoft’s alliance with HP.

HP Imaging and Printing Group, represented by Mirza Cordalija, partner business manager, will focus on the newest print supplies and technologies available in Malta.
The conference will kick off at 9 a.m. at the hotel’s Spinola Suite.
