A total of 161 mature students are currently attending courses at the University’s Gozo Campus, which is marking its 20th anniversary.

Most of the students are aged between their late 20s and early 40s, are already employed, and 72 per cent are women.

Better facilities at the Gozo campus are allowing for more courses to be conducted simultaneously while video conferencing enables Gozitan students to follow lectures conducted at the main campus in Msida.

The course leading to the Higher Diploma in Public Accounting and Finance is being conducted entirely through video conferencing.
