Milan will not be making Napoli an “irrefutable” offer for Marek Hamsik, according to club administrator Adriano Galliani.
The Slovakia international has been strongly linked with a move to the San Siro this month.
But Napoli recently warned Hamsik’s suitors that the 23-year-old midfielder would only leave the club this summer if an “irrefutable” offer came along.
“There is zero possibility that Milan will make an irrefutable offer for Hamsik that will surprise (Napoli president Aurelio) De Laurentiis,” Galliani told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Hamsik is under contract with Napoli for another four seasons and greatly contributed to them finishing third in Serie A, scoring 11 goals in 37 league appearances.
