I have recently received a letter from Inland Revenue about my incomplete tax return. Unfortunately, I did not understand the notice and decided to call the freephone customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great customer care the operator demonstrated over the phone. She was very understanding and explained all I needed to know without making me feel dumb.

Well done to this kind operator. If only all customer care operators were as helpful as she was.
