Deloitte announced earlier this month the launch of an upgraded version of IAS (International Accounting Standards) Plus, one of the most frequently visited websites for global accounting and audit news. The upgraded IAS Plus, which is maintained by DTTL and available at www.IASPlus.com, provides an enhanced experience to users who require access to comprehensive, up-to-date international financial reporting standards (IFRS)-related news and content online.

“Users are still able to access the IFRS news and information that they have come to expect on IAS Plus, but now that information is even easier to access,” said Bernard Scicluna, national professional practice director at Deloitte Malta. “Additionally, users can now personalise the site by selecting specific topics of interest and by subscribing to various IFRS-related publications. And mobile users can now elect to receive news from IAS Plus on their smartphones – IAS Plus goes wherever the user goes.”

The IAS Plus website provides the most comprehensive information online about international financial reporting. It is aimed at accounting professionals, businesses, financial analysts, standard-setters, regulators, and accounting educators and students. The site has a broad range of resources about the International Accounting Standards Board, IFRS, and international accounting and auditing in general.
