Pop singer Deborah C is already a familiar face on the Maltese pop scene, thanks largely to her regular TV appearances. The young Gozitan artist’s profile got a bigger boost when she made it to the final phase of this year’s Malta Eurovision Song Festival with her song You Make Me Go.

The original song, written by Patrick Renier and David Vervoort, has now been remixed by top Maltese producer and DJ Toby. Along with the track’s radio mix and a club mix, Deborah C will also be shooting an accompanying music video in Lithuania later this summer.

Deborah C’s emergence on the local music scene kicked off after she won a popular TV contest, following which she went on to win the Golden Cross Festival.

This earned her the right to represent Malta in a major foreign festival, where she was awarded the Princess of the Festival title.

She has also won an International Federation of Festival Organisers award and has recording experience both at home and abroad, including in Russia, Belgium and Germany. More recently the singer was invited to perform at the VIVA World Cup event where she launched her song Enjoying Moments of Gold. http://facebook.com/deborahcsinger
