A book in Maltese has been published about DNA and stem cells.

Written by Renald Blundell and published by the Malta University Press, DNA, Celloli Staminali u Kura b’mod Naturali is is divided in four chapters.

The first chapter is about DNA. Subjects like DNA in human beings, the use in forensic testing and also the use in paternity DNA testing, both legal and non-legal tests, are discussed.

The second chapter deals with stem cells. The classes and different types of stem cells are discussed, as well and possible treatments utilising stem cells.

The third chapter discusses the use of herbal medicines in order to treat or prevent a number of conditions such as stress, arthritis andcirculation problems.

The fourth chapter is about health-related problems and natural remedies for better health.
