On June 4, I went to the Melita branch in Paola regarding a query/complain on my cable TV bill. I spoke to a customer care person who decided to e-mail her manager explaining my complaint. Two weeks later nobody had contacted me regarding my complaint.

So much for Melita customer care and their much-vaunted concern to help their customers.

It seems that the principle that the customer comes first is not in Melita’s mission statement.

Come February, I will remove my Melita cable TV service once and for all.
