Several singles, remixes, videos and a debut album down the line, the Maltese artist is back with another unusual stunt, releasing not one, but two singles simultaneously.

Picking February 20 as the official date of release was no coincidence either – that day happens to be his birthday and, wait for it, one of the singles is called Birthday. The other single is called Amazing, which one hopes reflects what his birthday was like. The two songs are the last two singles to be released prior to the release of Clinton Paul’s as-yet-untitled sophomore album, which is scheduled for a June release.

Commenting on the album, the singer said it is loud and has an in-your-face attitude. “It means everything to me right now,” he added. “It is completely different from my debut album as I feel much stronger and see life in a different way than I used to when I wrote that album.” He explained that the songs on the new album are aimed at empowering the listener and instil a good feeling about life.
