Driving instructors have been continuously complaining about the state of the area in which their candidates need to start and finish their driving test.

The photo clearly shows the type of chaos these candidates need to face before even starting their driving test.

On some occasions tests had to be started from the middle of the road as the reserved parking spaces that are supposed to be for the candidates are always packed with other cars, usually vehicles that need to undergo inspection since Transport Malta decided to use the same little area for both things. When we complain to Transport Malta about the problem we are always told that wardens or the enforcement unit are frequently sent to the area to solve the problem but in all these years that we have been using the area we only saw them a few times and the test area remains always packed.

I hope Transport Malta resolves the problem as it is a matter of time before someone gets hurt as people are forced to walk on the road. A disaster is just waiting to happen.
