KHAZMI. On June 23, at Mater Dei Hospital, INA, née Mifsud of Kappara, aged 69, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church and surrounded by her family. Dearly missed and never forgotten by her children Solly and his wife Brenda and Miriam and her husband Kurt, her grandchildren Anthony, Luke, Isaac and Sara, her brother Joseph and sister-in-law Miriam, her partner Robert, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated today at 8.30am at Mqabba parish church, followed by interment in the family grave at the Mqabba cemetery. The family would appreciate it if instead of flowers, donations in her name are sent to Mission Fund, 500, Eureka Court, Black A, Flat 6, Main Street, Mosta. Dear God, take her into Your loving arms and grant her eternal rest.

MIFSUD. On June 23, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARLENE, née Baldacchino of Attard, widow of Hector, aged 81, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughters Doreen and her husband Pedro, Sandra and her husband Joseph, her beloved grandchildren Johann and his girlfriend Cherise, Sara and her boyfriend Timothy, and Clayvon, her brothers Alfred and his wife Maria, Alex, widower of Antoinette, and his partner Nathalie Ellul, her sisters Tessie and her husband Alfred, Dorothy, her brothers Dennis and his wife Isabelle, Adrian and his wife Nathalie, Grace, widow of her brother Herbert, cousins, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 8.30am for Attard parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request, but donations to Hospice Malta, Balzan, would be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

SCHEMBRI. On June 24, at her home in Siġġiewi, ANGELA, widow of Nicholas and mother of the late Rev. Can Paul Schembri, aged 94, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughters Rose and Vincenza (M.U.S.E.U.M. members), her son Joseph and his wife Josephine, her grandson Nicholas and his wife Stephania, her granddaughter Marianne, her great-granddaughter Amira, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortege leaves her home today at 2.45pm for St Nicholas parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 3pm followed by interment in the family grave at the Siġġiewi cemetery. The family appreciates if, instead of flowers, donations are given to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi.
