CHIRCOP. On January 30, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPH of St Julian’s, aged 75, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his partner Jane, his children Derek and his wife Madeleine, Theresa and her husband Michael, Andrew and his partner Elizabeth, Darren and his wife Justine and Simon and his wife Julie, his in-laws, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.30am for Tal-Ibraġ parish church, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. DE MARIA. On January 30, at home, ARTEMIS, née Cachia, widow of Michael G., passed away peacefully, aged 92. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Sandra and Ċensu Tabone, Claudia and Hu Taylor-East, Louise and Anthony Rimoldi, Michael and Joanna, Susan and Victor Vassallo, Rita and Simon Vella; her grandchildren Ċensu and Katia, Mikela and Eric, Francesca and Michael, Nicky and David, Alexia and James, Robert and Sasha, Andrea and Chris, Paula, Sara and Zen, Oliver, Becky, Alice and Charlie, Thomas and Ganni; her 16 great-grandchildren, Nicola, Lisa, Alex, Anna, Pippa, Max, Sarah, Rebecca, Eric, Harry, Ċensinu, George, Michael, Joe, Alex and Emilia; her sister-in-law Marie Cachia, widow of her brother Alfred, and her dedicated carer Usha, her nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. PSAILA. On January 29, at her residence, FRANCES of Floriana, residing at Attard, aged 77, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Mario and his wife Rita, Josette and her husband Saviour Cortis, Robert and his wife Yvette and Margot and her husband Paul Portelli, grandchildren and her great-grandson Kyle, her brothers, sisters and their spouses, numerous relatives and friends. She leaves to mourn her great loss her husband John, her daughter Dorothy and her husband Luis Tovar, her grandchildren JonCarlos and his wife Ellen, Michael, and Bianca and her husband Christopher, her great-granddaughter Anaya Sophia, her sister Marie Louise Bugeja and her children, her brother Victor and his wife Josephine and their children, her in-law Louis Sammut, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends, amongst whom members of the Maltese American Social Club in San Francisco.
