In an argument that broke out at San Pawl tat-Tarġa between a group of people and a local warden – regarding parking, of course – the latter asked if there were any police officers or wardens among them, to which the answer was No.
Then the warden wanted to impress them by concluding that therefore there was no one who knew the law better than he did and proudly told them: “I know the law upside down”!
No wonder there are so many objections to decisions taken by wardens. Isn’t it expected of such people?
