Gozitan artist Christopher Saliba is exhibiting a collection of paintings at Maji Wine and Dine, 6 Sir Adrian Dingli Street, Victoria.

The 18 paintings are mainly abstract images of local landscapes. Rather than the subject itself, Saliba is interested incapturing the atmosphere and sensations suggested by particular locations.

The interaction between the natural environment and man-made forms are visualised in a unique, harmonious and surprisingformation.

The exhibition is open daily between 7 and 11 p.m. (except on Sundays) until June 30.
