A court has ordered the destruction of 38,016 bottles of shampoo bearing the 'Clear' label and a further 25,824 bottles of shampoo labelled 'Sunsilk' after it was established that they were counterfeit.

The consignment was brought to Malta on board a cargo ship on transshipment.

The consignment arrived from China and were being shipped to Benghazi.
