Re/Max Malta recently hosted a successful '60 minutes with Re/Max', event featuring Charles Lemire, chief operating officer and managing director of Re/Max Europe as keynote speaker. '60 minutes with Re/Max' is an open-to-all seminar targeted at people aspiring to join Re/Max as sales or letting associates.

About 85 delegates attended the Westin Dragonara Resort last month and showed an interest in joining Re/Max. Mr Lemire said: "I have seen many prospects at these events before and sometimes you get 80 to 100 people in much larger regions. However, to see such enthusiasm is a wonderful representation of what Re/Max is all about."

The event was inaugurated by Kevin Buttigieg, regional director in Malta, who introduced the concept of '60 minutes with Re/Max'. Mr Lemire spoke about his personal experience with Re/Max and his career progression that led him to become what he is today.

Today he is in a position to offer the same type of mentorship to others as he received when he was an agent, franchise owner, and regional director.

"Re/Max provides franchise owners and associates with the opportunity to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves. No other real estate company provides the tools and mentorship that we do to develop franchise owners and real estate agents into quality managers and top producing associates," Lemire added.

Following his presentation, a Re/Max Malta franchise owner, a Maltese sales associate and a Dutch sales associate gave their Re/Max experiences to all those present.

The event ended with a cocktail reception where all prospective candidates asked Mr Lemire various questions about Re/Max.
