Wales beat Russia 3-0 to top their Euro 2016 group - while England are also through to the last 16.

Chris Coleman's men outplayed the Russians in Toulouse, while Roy Hodgson's men could only manage a 0-0 draw against Slovakia in Saint-Etienne.

The Welsh gained six points from their three games after defeating Slovakia in their first match in Bordeaux, while the Three Lions came second with five points after drawing against Russia and beating rivals Wales 2-1.

Group toppers Wales will be off to the Parc des Princes in Paris to play the third place team from either Group A, C or D on Saturday, June 25. While the English will now travel on to Nice to play the runner up in Group F - which features Austria, Hungary, Iceland and Portugal - on Monday, June 27.

Wales got down to business quickly against Russia when Aaron Ramsey dinked the ball over Igor Akinfeev to finish off a counter-attack in the 11th minute and Neil Taylor added a second, also from a counter-attack nine minutes later.

Russia had no answer to the fast, incisive Welsh breaks and survived several more chances before Gareth Bale scored his third goal of the tournament to become Euro 2016's top marksman, flicking the third past Akinfeev in the 67th minute.

England, who made six changes from the side that started their 2-1 win over Wales, dominated the first half and Jamie Vardy missed a good chance to put them ahead.

Rooney was brought in in the second half and England continued to enjoy the lion's share of possession but there were few clear opportunities.

Slovakia, who have four points, should also reach the last 16 as one of the best third-placed teams.
