The cooking workshops organised over the past weeks by Faye Mallia and Marina Fabic were so well received so as to inspire these two women to create a new concept for their upcoming cooking workshops.

This time round, Faye and Marina will focus their energies on inspiring workshop attendees with exotic recipes ideal for summer entertaining.

The cooking workshops also come with a fresh twist, designed for those who want to enjoy a relaxing evening in the lush gardens at Villa Bologna.

Villa Bologna offers a perfect setting where visitors can leave all the day’s work behind and feel refreshed. “We promise you will learn to prepare some exquisite food and spend a chilled evening in good company,” Marina says with a contagious smile.

“The recipes are easy to prepare, but Marina has an exceptional skill when it comes to blending flavours exquisitely,” Faye states proudly. “Our workshops in May were a great success and, every week, the kitchen drew our senses to some new flavours, gracefully milled together by Marina’s expertise. We enjoyed eating together outdoors while soaking in the charming atmosphere of the wonderful garden in Villa Bologna.”

The upcoming workshops will be held in the evenings to accommodate those who cannot make it during the day.

“We are also hoping to organise a similar experience for food lovers in Spain towards the end of September, when we will be staying in a charming villa in the environs of Barcelona and experiencing some exquisite and renowned restaurants.”
